Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping:

  • We provide free return shipping for eligible returns

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):

  • Opened or used hearing aids

  • Personal sound amplifiers once unsealed

  • Any hygiene-sensitive products after opening

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
